How do I sign up?

If you haven’t already activated your instance, you can do so by click on the ‘Trial Ends in X Days – Activate’ button in the top left of the screen. Or, you can go to Admin – System – Subscription.

Online activation requires a credit card or PayPal. If you’d rather pay by invoice / bank transfer simply send an email to billing@executestrategy.net or contact your account manager.

Addons

Addons help you to make the most of Cascade, and give your strategic plan even more chance to succeed. You can add an addon either at the point of signing up, or at any time in the future. Simply navigate to Admin – System – Subscription – Addons.

Cancellation

You can cancel your Cascade subscription by going to Admin – System – Subscription – Cancel. When you cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to Cascade. You can reactivate your subscription at any time in the future and your data will remain safe and sound.

Updating payment details

If you need to make changes to your payment details, or if you’ve received an email saying that your payment was not able to be processed – navigate to Admin – System – Subscription – Update Subscription. You make changes to any aspect of your subscription here including changing the credit card we hold on file.

Invoices

You can download any past invoices for your Cascade subscription by going to Admin – System – Subscription – Invoices. Invoices are available in pdf format.


FAQs

What currencies can I pay in?

We currently support USD and AUD. We’ll be adding more currencies soon, so drop us a line on support@executestrategy.net and we’ll let you know when we support your local currency.


Do you provide refunds?

Under most circumstances, we don’t provide refunds for subscriptions you’ve already paid upfront for.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also support PayPal. If you’d rather pay by EFT, Wire, Check or another form of payment, please contact us on billing@executestrategy.net.


Can I pay monthly?

You can pay for your subscription either monthly or annually. We provide extra discounts for annual subscriptions.
